This month's theme: Rewilding

In this immersive container you can expect a space to recharge, feel reinspired, explore your inner landscape, and deepen in community. This 2 hour session opens with connecting in community in circle, then offers a dharma talk oriented around the theme of Rewilding through an ecological and therepeutic framework. This ushers in an integrative meditation, sound healing, and hands-on reiki for all participants. Finally, we will utilize creative expression prompts to integrate our experience and will have plenty of time to connect.

Woodland Tattoo is located at 387 Haywood Rd, #101, Asheville, NC 28806. Street parking is available.

Please bring your journal and anything else you might need to enjoy your time like your water bottle! We will provide bolsters and blankets, but if there is anything else you'd like to bring to make yourself as comfortable as possible, feel free to do so!

Meet your Hosts:
Eden Sipperly is a Reiki practitioner/Teacher, budding therapist, and advocate for the natural world, based in Asheville, NC. Nicole Papageorge Murphy is a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, sound healer, and the founder of Wellness Wonderland, a wellness collective based in Charlotte, NC. Between the two, they have led countless meditations and sound baths in their communities. You can expect a powerful container to allow your mind and body to truly relax, integrating these two systems into one Soul through embodiment.
